Darren Porter is a Commissioning Specialist at Akin Brooks Engineering. With experience in the industry since 1989. Darren's primary roles within the company include preparing the PFC's, FPT's and executing these tasks. Darren is also a Licensed Journeyman, Universal Refrigerant Technician and an OSHA-10 . Prior to joining Akin Brooks, Darren worked as a Controls Technician and Mechanic which allowed him to gain the knowledge on different levels of the HVAC Industry.. Outside of the office, Darren enjoys golfing, BBQing and sporting events.
