Electrical Designer, BIM Manager

Adam Akin is an MEP Designer and BIM Manager at Akin Brooks Engineering. With experience in the industry since 2016, Adam's primary roles within the company include designing and drafting Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. As an Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit, Adam also creates and maintains the company's highly customized library of Revit families and details. Adam is currently attending college pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Akin Brooks, Adam worked as an MEP Designer and CAD Specialist which allowed him to learn how to design MEP systems. Outside of the office, Adam enjoys fishing, playing video games, and watching sports.
